How to report a user for targeted harrassment linked to IMDb?

I recently received an abusive e-mail from someone who appears to be an IMDb user reacting to my film reviews. The message consisted of antagonistic personal insults without any constructive feedback. At the same time, my entire timeline of reviews received a wave of downvotes that wasn't there before. Taken together, this suggests a pattern of targeted harrassment by a user here.I am unsure how to report this because:

1. The abusive message was sent to my personal email address, rather than as content on the site.
2. Individual review votes can't be reported, and the problem is the overall pattern.
3. I know the user's email address rather than their IMDb profile details, though the staff may be able to correlate this.

I suspect the user engaged this way intentionally to circumvent moderation, which is why I'm seeking guidance on whether this falls under the scope of what can be investigated and actioned.
