How to submit updates when episodes are in the wrong order?

I have found a problem in the Episodes order of the series Dinosaurs that is not matching the episodes list of Disney+. But I wasn't able to submit the correction based on the System, my submissions is missing informations... (#4.13)} "Dinosaurs" (1991) {Changing Nature (#4.14)} and error is: This correction has been rejected. You need to correct this correction before it will be accepted. The year of release is missing from the title. Please include the year of first public screening in ( )'s as per IMDb's title guidelines. If the year is unknown please use (????) instead. This should be added after the title in the AKA field, e.g. Example Title (????) The year in the new title must match the year in the old title.
