How to turn off IMDb Update Receipt e-mails

Recently I started getting IMDb Update Receipts being sent to my e-mail, which is a new occurrence. Unfortunately, all this does is clog up my inbox. The exact same information is already tracked in the Update History (and Update History Beta) with better information. I neither need nor want a receipt emailed to me. How can I stop or disable this? As a prolific contributor with a Gold Lifetime Contributor badge, and 10+ years as a Top Contributor, I really don't want to have to block IMDb as spam, but I also don't want to have to delete thousands of emails a month either.
