How to view the downloaded database of movies / shows?

Hi all, I recently downloaded one of the IMDb's databases for movie titles - wanted to do some analysis on the number of movies produced worldwide segmented by year. I have a .tsv file but when I try to open it in excel, it seems like there is too much data for excel to read and I get a dialogue box from excel saying "not all data was loaded". Does anyone know how I can view the complete dataset?
