I am trying to change the Primary image on my development project, but there is no edit tab or icon anywhere on IMDB or Pro. Help!

Uploaded a new production Art photo to a project I have in development, but can't seem how to designate it as the new primary image, or to delete and replace the old one, but am unable to do anything at all, other than Tag or Untag it. There is no edit tab or icon as in the instructions video, neither on IMDB or IMDBPro. I know there used to be a way. How do I fix this?
