i cannot update the birthdate of a deceased actress.

I tried updating the DOB of deceased actress Candice Daly https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0198419 . She was born on January 4, 1966, but the IMDB has it as 1963. My submission was #250626-212003-571000 where one of the sources for the update was the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's report information for her which states that she was aged 38 when she died on December 14, 2004, which confirms that she was born in 1966 and not 1963. I would like to know why my update was rejected.
