I can't change the primary image and video

Hi! The title I am attempting to modify is https://www.imdb.com/title/tt33290160. The Primary Image took effect yesterday, so that is fixed. The video I would like as Primary is Official Trailer Season 2. I don't really mind about the video image, I was mostly looking for the "Edit your videos" link to change the Primary video. I also have submitted Plot Outline and Plot Summary edits (with the Scorecard account of Marie Eve Dallaire) on Aug. 22, but they are still pending (#250822-172052-481000). Many thanks!

@LesAffranchis- Thank you for confirming! As per the trailer, do you have the Youtube link of this trailer you want to set as primary? Regarding the plots, I see that they were already approved.

The scorecard access is granted to one account only so if you are trying to upload a trailer or use Scorecard in any way, you'll need to sign in with the email that has access to Scorecard.
