I Can't delete pictures posted by someone I don't know!

Hi, I am the verified director/producer of the film THE ANDROMEDA and I’ve noticed several unauthorized images have been uploaded to the title’s IMDbPro page. I am unable to delete them, even though your help articles state this is possible. As a paying IMDbPro user and rightful owner of the project, I need these removed or control granted so I can manage the gallery. The movie page is: https://pro.imdb.com/title/tt31529482/images The person listed as the uploader is Salomon Passariello, his page is here. He is not involved with this project. This gentleman, Salomon Passariello, has been. getting into our film pages and posting pictures into the gallery. Watch out as he could be also adding himself to films as part of the crew.
