I don't receive email confirmation receipt for submissions

I have posted some photos and get a notification on my gmail app on phone with a confirmation number, but I don't a confirmation on gmail on my PC.
Some of my submissions aren't even listed in my IMDB contribution page.
The confirmation number above that I managed to write down, is for Barry Williams on Three's Company.
I've submitted a couple photos for other shows but didn't write down ref numbers because I thought I'd receive a gmail confirmation.
And I don't even get an update that my submission was declined on my IMDB.com contribution page.
Looks like some of my submissions have not been received at IMDB and there is no gmail receipt with the confirmation number, even though it looked like they were properly submitted.
One photo that I submitted but didn't receive the gmail confirmation number was of Data on Star Trek Next Generation episode Time's Arrow
where he's wearing the clothing that he one at the poker table, submitted late June or early July 2026
