I have had yet another rejection for a request to have an image removed

This time the reason for rejection is the same as all the other times... My request for removal does not meet the image submission criteria. Again, I have to protest the way IMDB rejects requests. Their reasons are always the same and are never any help in figuring out how to get future requests approved. I wish I could paste the image here so everyone could see how bad the image is. Three actors are attributed, but the image is so grainy and dark that none of there faces are visible. I thought images of actors were supposed to bolster the actor's presence on IMDB so people can see what they look like. What purpose does a blurry image with no faces serve? So where were IMDB's stringent image submission criteria when this horrible image was first submitted??

Hi joseph_spinella, Thank you for your problem report. In order for us to look into this, could you please provide us with an example 18-digit submission reference? You will find these in your Contribution History (beta): https://contribute.imdb.com/contributions/history Thanks!

Hi joseph_spinella, Thank you for the reference. We have reviewed the image you attempted to delete, and whilst it isn't the clearest of images, it is of a sufficient quality given the time period of which the still is taken from. Additionally, the image was sourced from an official source, and therefore should not be removed from the title page. In regards to your feedback on images on IMDb bolstering an actor's presence, this can often be the case, but in this circumstance the image exists to add contextual data to the title, more so than the names attached. Furthermore, if you believe there is no value in the three names being linked to the image, when only two are clearly visible, we encourage you to submit a correction to the image's name links. I hope this helps!

Thanks Ozzy. Your explanation is much more understandable and helpful than the rejection reasons I had gotten when I submitted my request.
