I have submitted screenshots of the end credits, but my entries are still being denied.
I have attempted to add a cast member to this film and submitted screen shots of the end credits. There were added on to a previous entry as evidence of the credit. It is now declining again citing that it is a duplicate and pending - even though I have no record of this. Either way, the screen shot of the end credits is there, which should do the trick no?

Thank you for posting the reference! Taking a look, the reason why this was rejected as a duplicate is because this credit for this actress is already listed on the title.
If there are corrections that need to be made, you will need to go to the live credits and submit a correction instead.
