I need to edit my bio info, IMDb asks for verification and I can't find where I can upload documentation for verification anywhere.

There is information in my bio that is inaccurate, I have tried many times to correct this but every time I'm told "Your contribution has been declined.We have been unable to verify your contribution. Unfortunately we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided. Please see our Help Site for further information or details on how to contact us." How can I upload documentation to IMDb to prove the correction to my bio is warranted?
