I still can´t acess the scorecard for my company

It´s been 8 weeks and i still can´t acess the scorecard of my company " Constantino Filmes " the error still persists " The requested URL was not found on our server 404 error page not found INCONCEIVABLE " Please help me with this Thanks Rui Constantino

Hi Maya, a guy from imdb support named Akira, has responded back saying that he cannot give me acess to my scorecard again, because he can´t verify who i am, how can i solve this situation, since 2016 IMDB has given me the scorecard so i can update the tiles from my company, and i have captures from the scorecard that i can prove that i had acess to all my movies. Hope you can help me. Thanks Rui
