I would like to have the name changed on the IMDb profile in my name

Hello.My name is Arthur Delay and I have the following IMDb profile: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm5585762/On the profile I'm marked with my full name Arthur Thorlak Delay. However, I'm now mainly credited as Arthur Delay. I'd like to change the name on the profile. Can someone help me make this change?I have documentation to prove my identity if necessary.Best regards,Arthur Delay

You will look for 'Name Correction' and follow the instructions to submit this for review.
