I'm following guidelines and getting my contributions refused due to "not following contributor guidelines".

I'm trying to update information about a film for which I am the producer/director, where I've prepared a new version of an existing documentary entry in a greatly expanded special edition for Criterion (55 minutes to 1hr 15, and five additional contributors). I've tried to add the new version to the existing page as a Special Editing in the "Alternative Versions" section, but that's been refused. I've also tried to add the runtime for the alternative version, and that's also refused. I provided a link to the production company website which states this information as fact, but I've still been denied the update. What is it that I'm apparently doing wrong?
