I'm trying to change a release date, but declined

I sent this message:

"May 7, 2024 is the actual release date, correcting an error from before. Post-production date was correctly listed as April 1, 2024."

Received this message:

"Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined. Please review our submission guidelines."

However, I followed the submission guidelines.

Any recommendations?
