I'm trying to delete a credit for something I wasn't in

Please help, I've attempted multiple times to get a small credit removed from my imdb and every time it gets automatically rejected for the reason "ReasonFactually incorrect. Your contribution has been declined.We believe your contribution contained factual inaccuracies." But I get it as soon as I submit my request. This last time I provided proof that the director and producer of the project were also submitting to have me removed and it still automatically rejected me. Clearly no human is actually reviewing this due to the immediate rejection but I don't know what to do.

Please provide me the evidence for this decision. It is not correct or factual, there are 3 separate parties that say so. I implore you to help and listen to me, the director of this project and the producer of this project. This is all very confusing and doesn’t make sense. Please reverse the decision and remove this inaccurate credit.

We can however confirm that your credit was verified against the title's on-screen credits, which is how all IMDb credits are verified as legitimate/factual. Regardless of the director's or producer's clarifications on this matter, this credit is factual and can not be removed as per our guidelines and policies.
