Images displaying third-party ownership or branding not deleted - Death Valley Days #3

According to the image guide (https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/images-videos/image-guidelines/G27LPBQZA7EAZGJW?ref_=helpms_helpart_inline#) "Images displaying third-party ownership or branding, such as watermarks." are not allowed.* For that reason, I tried to delete several photos, such as this one: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0044259/mediaviewer/rm595928320/ but my contributions were declined. Was this in error or does IMDb have a different idea of third-party ownership and/or branding than I do? Starz started airing in 1994, while the photos are for Death Valley Days, a 50's & 60's series, so Starz is clearly not one of the title's creators. ----- I want to ask to once again send a message to the staffers who deal with photo issues, but there doesn't seem to be any point....-------
