IMDb declines images tags for no reason
There is a movie that I am trying to add image tags to some photos and they keep getting declined. Don't know why. The movie is Thanks a Million (1935) (tt0027088) and I am trying to add the star of the movie, Dick Powell, to 5 photos. The other people I tagged are added just fine, but Dick Powell can't be added (maybe they don't like the name, lol). Any help would be appreciated. These are the images I tried on and was declined:
