IMDB declining primary poster submissions for no reason

Every poster submission I make gets declined, I've fixed bad still images for entire series but can never correct the poster because "Your contribution has been declined. Please review our submission guidelines." even if they are an improvement over the current title image. Some I'm trying to replace are placeholder posters which should not be on the front page of imdb while others are just improvements, but all of them are the official posters that HBO has been using for a very long time. I sent an email and I think the response I got was automated which said the title poster will not be changed unless it is a significant improvement, which they absolutely are. I made a post here a few days ago but I think it has been ignored.

This particular submission is to replace a placeholder poster which has never been used again after the show's release. The current poster only features text and no background image or art and doesn't have the network logo either. The two posters I'm suggesting are the official modern ones HBO is using on HBO Max and elsewhere, they switch between both posters every couple of weeks

While this artwork for this limited series just looks very low quality and old. The replacement I submitted is also the modern and up to date poster HBO has been using for years on their streaming service.

And lastly this one is also an improvement over the current one as it features one of the main characters. It is also has been used by HBO on HBO Max and Paramount Plus in other regions as the official poster for years. The current one is just a poster used as a cover image for series 3 in the full box set collection of the series, it was never used as a poster to advertise the series as a whole unlike the one I've submitted.

If you need evidence I can try to provide that as long as this site doesn't automatically block messages when I try to post an image.

Same thing happens to me. I try to replace a poor quality image with a high quality one and whoever is processing submissions declines it. And then staff here secretly put my post from "in progress" to "no status" with zero updates after saying they would help.

@Maya Is there anything you can do? You said you would help on an older post but then someone changed my post from "in progress" to "no status" with no comment or anything.

Hi Adam1234-

Thank you for the references! After further revisions, these have been changed and they will be live on the site shortly.

Please know that depending on the content within the post, the Sprinklr system might detect links and automatically mark posts as private as a safety precaution.

Cheers!

@Maya  wow thank you. There is one more thing I should add. I uploaded a 4k still image to an episode of a tv series to replace a very low quality one. And I marked the low quality one as a duplicate and it was declined.

Here is the reference number.
