Sadly, it would appear from the links you provided that the only way for me to correct IMDb's algorithm is to pay for a Pro Membership.

This is correct. You can see which features are available with an IMDbPro Premium or IMDbPro Basic subscription in our Help comparison guide. Furthermore, the role titles you have been credited as such as "production accountant" and "assistant accountant" would not display under the name on your IMDb page, as these are role attributes listed within the "Additional Crew" crew department.

We can look into this for you. Were you not credited as a driver on the title in question?

I don't think I've made myself clear however.

I am credited correctly as a driver on the title in question.

My issue is that on my page, under my name is "Additional Crew: Transportation Department"

After reading posts on the forums, and IMDb's help articles, it would appear that this is auto generated by an algorithm.

I have one credit in the Transport Department and 42 as Additional Crew so the algorithm hasn't worked correctly.

I would like the text under my name to just say Additional Crew but there is no way for me to correct it.

Apologies, I'm following you now. Regarding your issue, this is not a case of IMDb incorrectly identifying your profession, as it is taken from the departments listed in your filmography. This is also not something we can correct for you as requested. In order to remove the undesired profession, you will need to manage your primary professions with an IMDbPro Premium subscription.
