IMDB Pro declining my credit even with supported evidence- please help and add

The credit is for a TV Series, therefore the credit has to be submitted to the Episode which you received the credit for. You submitted to the main TV Series page, please re submit to the correct Episode.

I have added episode. Waiting for succesful addition. Then do I add my name?

If the episode is not live on the page, you can add it, once the episode is live you can add the missing credit. You can see instructions in our Help Articles.
