IMDB refuses to let me add a credit

I'm a major contributor to IMDB, having added thousands of items over the years. Been trying to add 2 cameos to a major film, but IMDB are stubbornly refusing to let me. Pretty sure I'm the first person to ever notice these cameos. I included ==ACTUAL SCREENSHOTS== of the 2 well-known actors to prove they're in this film. But IMDB's response is " We have been unable to verify your contribution. " Not possible to get much more confirmed than showing people a screenshot proving that someone is in a film! Like a lot of sites, IMDB operate on the assumption that "we're always right, and we don't have to justify our decisions to the likes of you".
