IMDb refuses to update the release date of our film

We have a short film that has yet to be released, but our page has the release date of a private screening we hosted. Several members of our team have submitted updates to correct this but the updates just won't go through. As a result our release year is shown as last year when it shouldn't be as we have not released our film at any festival, theatre or online.
