Impossible to add a poster

I'd like to add the poster of the film "Les Phallocrates" (https://www.imdb.com/fr/title/tt0234459/?ref_=nm_flmg_job_1_cdt_t_6), but it is impossible, the function "add an image" doesn't appear (yet it is not an adult film). Thank you for your help.
