Improper image continually rejected for removal

For the movie Snow (2014) there is a photo of Willa Fitzgerald that actually comes from some Chanel event

Willa Fitzgerald wearing Chanel attends the Chanel Party

As this photo has absolutely nothing to do with the movie noted I can see no reason for the continual rejection of it being removed.

Is there someone who can provide a rational reason for the rejections.

Here are all of the submission reference numbers by date:

I tried Report as not relevant and also removing Snow (2014) from title of image but all were rejected.

Am I going about this all wrong?

Thank you for providing the submission reference numbers and for reporting this!

Further checking, this image is fine however, yes, it was wrongly tagged to an unrelated title. I can see that the submissions were to remove the image as a whole instead of a modification to the title link of the image only.

I have removed the incorrect title link from this image but the image itself will remain.
