Improper image continually rejected for removal

For the movie Snow (2014) there is a photo of Willa Fitzgerald that actually comes from some Chanel event Willa Fitzgerald wearing Chanel attends the Chanel Party As this photo has absolutely nothing to do with the movie noted I can see no reason for the continual rejection of it being removed. Is there someone who can provide a rational reason for the rejections. Thanks.

Here are all of the submission reference numbers by date: 12 December 2024 #241212-190613-680102 11 December 2024 #241211-213817-884702 09 December 2024 #241209-141907-809802 06 December 2024 #241206-215533-667502 06 December 2024 #241206-201231-776102 I tried Report as not relevant and also removing Snow (2014) from title of image but all were rejected. Am I going about this all wrong? Thanks.
