Inaccurate listing & IMDb declines my request to correct

A film I am credited for in the writing category has me as the writer, but what was produced is 99% different from the script that I delivered to the company all the way back in 2015. That same film also has me credited as an Associate Producer which is another role that I did not fill on that project.
Oddly enough, the company has two listings for the same film, 2018 and 2017 and both have inconsistent information, so how in the world can IMDbPro determine what is accurate from a dual listing for the same film from the studio from two separate release years and with both containing inconsistent information?
How can I get IMDbPro to remove my name from this project that is so completely different from what I delivered to them, and remove the credit on both listings for this Associate Producer role that I didn't do?
