Inconsistent Search bar - "title/episode/celeb" dropdown missing after making a submission

Normally the top of any IMDB page has a search bar that looks like this https://i.postimg.cc/rpd5nH52/Image2.png with a drop-down on the left hand side which allows you to specify where to search (title, episode, celebs [yuk - why not "people"?] etc). But after making a submission, the search bar changes to https://i.postimg.cc/W1YM7VF7/Image1.png which doesn't have the drop-down. Can I suggest an enhancement to make the search bar always have the dropdown, even after making a submission?
