Incorrect credit for actor

Please see my ticket that was automatically declined without checking the provided evidence. 

Per my ticket, the actor connected to the film confirmed via social media that this is not him as he was 11 years old at the time. 

The actor who is participating on the film, is an adult, he is a paintball referee but not a professional actor, he just participated in this film per his profession and he doesn't seem to have a profile on imdb.

Please see the proof given on my ticket, requesting the deletion of the credit from the real actor's profile.
