Incorrect release date — Contribution #260919-022440-548000

Hello,

I’m requesting assistance with a declined contribution concerning an incorrect release date for my documentary, Los codos de Monterrey (IMDb title ID: tt21306656).

The contribution requested the removal of this release date:

Mexico — April 1, 2021

This date is incorrect. The film had not been released or publicly screened in Mexico on that date.

Official IMCINE Statistical Yearbooks document the film’s production status:

• 2021: Los codos de Monterrey — “Rodaje / Shooting” — p. 87
• 2022: Los codos de Monterrey — “Postproducción / Postproduction” — p. 68
• 2023: Los codos de Monterrey (Carvajal y de la Cueva 704) — “Postproducción / Postproduction” — p. 71

These official records show that the film was still in production after April 1, 2021 and remained in post-production in subsequent years.

The original contribution included links to the official IMCINE records, but it was declined.

I am not requesting a replacement release date. I am only requesting the removal of the incorrect April 1, 2021 release date.

Could an IMDb representative please review contribution #260919-022440-548000 and advise on how this incorrect date can be removed?
