Incorrect title year (2025) for Black Money for White Nights (tt38799410)

Hello,

I am writing on behalf of Abraxas Film Ltd., the lead production company and copyright holder of the feature film Black Money for White Nights (IMDb title: tt38799410).

The issue concerns only the title year displayed on IMDb.

IMDb currently displays our film as: Black Money for White Nights (2025)

The displayed title year (2025) is incorrect.

The completed film has not been publicly released in 2025.

Its official World Premiere will take place on 6 July 2026 in the Crystal Globe Competition of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, as officially announced by the festival.

We have already submitted a correction through IMDb Contributor (submission reference: 260529-131441-827000) and also contacted IMDb Customer Service.

The response we received stated: "It is our policy not to alter or delete any kind of correct/factual information from our records."

However, this response does not address our request.

We understand that IMDb may have received information during the film's development. If the displayed title year is based on an industry work-in-progress presentation during Thessaloniki Agora, we would respectfully point out that this was not a public screening, not a completed version of the film, and not an official release. Only selected excerpts (approximately 15 minutes) were presented to accredited industry professionals.

We respectfully request that an IMDb Data Editor review this title and correct the displayed title year from 2025 to 2026.

If IMDb considers the displayed title year (2025) to be correct, we would appreciate an explanation of the factual information on which this is based.
