Incorrect TV program selected when adding image

Hi Maya, yes both times I've noticed this happening it's been on the same title.  Different episode, but same program.

@Maya​ It's just happened again.  Cast & episode info is correct - it's just that title that's incorrect.  And again, once I closed the box & reopened it, all was fine.
