Incorrect TV program selected when adding image

This happened once yesterday as well, but I didn't grab a screenshot. When clicking on 'add photo' the wrong program is depicted on the Add Image dialogue box. The cast and related titles are correct when I bring up those lists to select from. The only problem is the title of the program. See the image below - The film Frisch gepresst is depicted instead of the news program. Wrong program noted Correct cast is shown. The problem is an intermittent one - When I close the Add Image box and reopen it the problem is not reproduced.
