Incorrectly Declined Credit Deletions

Hello,

I have recently been working on tt38691217, as someone had recently added many episodes with performers credited as "cast" instead of "self." This has involved several hundred submissions which included both credit additions (self) and deletions (cast). I have had no issues until my final few submissions, which were declined as being "Badly Formatted." I'm not sure why these were declined as I used the exact same formatting as I had for hundreds of submissions, and formatting doesn't even come into play for this kind of submission.
