The same Chinese vandal has merged "Gods of the Arena" (the miniseries and prequel to Spartacus) to the TV-Series page on IMDb as easily as on other databases mentioned in this topic. Spartacus [https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1442449] originally consists of three seasons: 1) Blood and Sand; 2) Vengeance; 3) War of the Damned. The miniseries "Gods of the Arena" is prequel to Spartacus, they should not be merged.
