Is there a block on deleting keywords in the Plot Timeframe and Subgenre categories?

The guideline is very clear: Episode-specific keywords submitted to the TV series page: Keywords submitted to the TV series page should be relevant to and describe the entire series. The previous contributor did not know the guideline and added THE SAME keywords to each episode, while leaving the keywords at the series level bank. I added the repeated keywords at the series level and deleted the repeated keywords for each of the 30 episodes. However… The deletions of 11 keywords in the Plot Timeframe and Subgenre categories in each episode were not accepted. Is there a block on deleting keywords in the Plot Timeframe and Subgenre categories? Should I resubmit the deletions of these 11 keywords for each of the 30 episodes? If I do, will these deletions be accepted?
