Issue submitting proof of credit

I'm seeking to add my credits for location scout and cave consultant (new category) for work on National Treasure: Book of Secrets (submission ref: 250704-161131-829000). Because the billing was automated through Disney Pictures, I don't have any contract or invoices generated on my end to substantiate my claim, but what I do have is photographic evidence substantiating my particular involvement. I have the cave photography used to drive the underground scenes in the film, which then also include shots with director, Jon Turtletaub, DP Amir Mokri, and other top tier figures, this imagery speaking to my role as cave consultant, the thought at the time being to shoot certain scenes in a wild cave. The original challenge brought to me was, "We want something too expensive, too big to fit on a sound stage..." The imagery speaks to 'big nature'. One more clue, I went on several outings, beginning with just one person, Richard Klotz, listed under location scout. Thanks for advising.
