Issues with a credit change

#250819-044137-206000I have been trying to update my credit on this film. I've uploaded a couple forms of proof and been denied each time. The director/producer of the film tried to do it, and it didn't go through either. I finally uploaded a screenshot of my deal memo, which I wasn't comfortable doing, as a last resort, but it's sitting pending. Would it be possible to expedite this, please?
