Jørgen Leth directed the whole movie De fem benspænd (2003), except the last segment "Avedøre, Denmark". In the end credits, he is credited as "Director" only in one segment ("The Conversations" in English version) for his Self appearance. Right before "Avedøre, Denmark" starts, in their conversation Lars von Trier explains that he will direct this segment and that Jørgen will only read the narration from the script prepared by Lars. All this is obvious if you keep attention when watching this documentary.
