Language does not meet contribution Guide Lines

@tatjana1984​ This is related to the discussion at https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/language-order/65f5b263ec4e3a42ca5709c8 where Col Needham said that IMDb was going to start enforcing the requirement that all languages submitted must have order numbers. That said, however, rejecting languages with no order numbers with the reason "Does not meet contribution guidelines" is unhelpful. A much better way to enforce the requirement would be at the time of submission, with any language without an order number getting a red (non-bypassable) warning that says, "Please submit an order number for this language."

Hello rakleed, You have added the (subtitles) attribute. The IMDb languages section records the languages spoken in titles. We do not allow subtitles languages to be added. You can take a look at our Languages help article.
