Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #23

In submission #260117-134712-816302 I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6953034/mediaviewer/rm715401216/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the last name of the subject of the documentary. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
