Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #24

In submission #260127-001425-661202  I wanted to delete the language French from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0452920/mediaviewer/rm248650752/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no French in the picture, just the name of the main character (and the Dutch word "één"). Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
