Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #25

In submission #260205-224715-138302  I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0244156/mediaviewer/rm2309284609/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the full name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
