Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #27

In submission #260218-195011-966002   I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0081837/mediaviewer/rm2045916929/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the names of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
