Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #29

In submission #260318-135433-461002 I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5478540/mediaviewer/rm1051149568/  

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name of the host. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
