Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #43

In the following submission I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0081938/mediaviewer/rm253082625/

#260913-190444-927319

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name the main character goes by. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
