Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #5

In submissions #250503-140544-567402 and #250511-190058-220702 I tried to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0437016/mediaviewer/rm454540289 For some reason, both my submissions where declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture and only the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
