Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #6

In submissions #250530-210230-007602 and #250604-223326-796202 I tried to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0173556/mediaviewer/rm4080204288 For some reason, my submissions were declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture and only the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
