Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #9 (!)

In submissions #250730-182616-747002 and #250807-184628-535502 I tried to delete the language Dutch from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1462796/mediaviewer/rm2788735745/ For some reason, my submissions were declined, despite the fact there being no Dutch in the picture and only the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please? More importantly, as you can see from the links below, this happens quite often.
