Legitimate Bio Correction Declined

I submitted my bio for the actor J. Carroll Naish (nm0619798) seven years ago, on 26.01.2018 (Ref.180126-002653-777000). My author credit for this item was removed (one of many) during the widespread event of the last few days and replaced with 'Anonymous'. I have attempted to make a correction to the by-line, but this has been declined with the comment "Does not meet contribution guidelines". I don't understand this at all, since I am the legitimate author of this piece and it was in place under my name until a couple of days ago. Could staff please look into this?
