Legitimate film credit being denied by IMDb staff plus possible fragmentation of my accounts within IMDB admin..

Help IMDb refusing to add my legitimate credit... Additional confusion because I seem to have two administrative accounts I say this because when I look at my contribution history it only goes back to 2016 even though I've made contributions after that including the contribution I made two days ago which they refused to add I have now provided contact to approve but I'm concerned they're not adding it because there's a deeper fragmentation of my overall account I've been a pro member for about 20 years so it's very frustrating to not be able to speak to someone at IMDb to quickly sort this out there customer facing and is all well in and have to ask and my ADHD struggles with it on a good day I've raised a ticket and it's been closed and nothing has been done now I'm being sent to the community I'm at my wits end.... I'm a legitimate professional actor simply trying to get a credit added and trying to track down why there is some fragmentation in my account and no one at IMDB seems willing to engage with me...

Now I mentioned that there seems to be some fragmentation of my account here's why In the email I've received giving me this number which has a link to go to track the update That link doesn't work I get access denied If I then paste that number into the IMDB page where you can track it comes up with a blank page a white page with a tick box and then after a while it suddenly says this was not submitted by your account?! That was far as I'm aware I only have one IMDb account under JON c a m p l i n g... And I've also claimed and pay for the IMDb pro page for said actors career because I am said actor lol I want to logged in to my IMDB page and I go to my submissions or my contributions history it only goes to like 2016 there's nothing after 2016 but I've definitely made contributions in the past few years and I have occasionally logged in and seen the later ones and I think it depends whether I log in to the two accounts I think that are two accounts that I'm not aware of and neither are you and sometimes I'm in one and sometimes I'm in the other it's very weird I really need some serious help with this this is my full-time career and I really need to get a handle on this so your help is hugely appreciated. As well as trying to get this credit added I've uploaded my contract today so I'm hoping the credit can be approved I was shocked that it was turned down given my huge career and the fact that I've worked with the director previously was I appreciate some scepticism has to be used in a public database it seems slightly old to reject my legitimate request. Once again incredibly grateful for your help thank you so much for getting involved. Sorry about the stream of consciousness super ADHD have to dictate lol 🤟♥️🤟
